All Levels (Need 2 Controllers)
Go to the Level select Screen and on the second controller hold Up and on the first controller press Start, Select, Select, Square
All Cheats
At the Main Menu press Right, Up, Up, Left Right, Square, Left then go to the extras screen and turn cheats on.
